Welcome to the Chamber of Commerce website for Lawrence County, Arkansas. Located in the county seat, Walnut Ridge, the Chamber serves all of Lawrence County and strives to make local communities a vital part of the Northeast Arkansas region.

Three major highways and two railways meet in Lawrence County in the Walnut Ridge/Hoxie area. In addition, Walnut Ridge boasts a regional airport and industrial park and is the home of Williams Baptist College.

Peanut, rice, and soybean farming, cattle and poultry raising and manufacturing are important economic factors for the county. The western half of Lawrence County lies in the Ozark Foothills and the eastern half is delta land.

The county has two state parks, three major rivers and offers many opportunities for outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, golf and more.

While residents enjoy small town living, they also enjoy the convenience of having a local hospital and thriving medical community, many retail stores and local and chain restaurants.
